Jensen Financial Services believes in supporting small business, nurturing local commerce and helping people take control of their finances so they can focus on more important things like growing their equity, spending time with their loved ones and enjoying life.
I graduated from Montana State University with a degree in Physics and Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Applied Mathematics. After several years in the engineering field, I pursued my Master of Professional Accountancy before starting a new career as a financial analyst in Maine. I founded Jensen Financial Services in January 2018 while completing my MBA with a concentration in Finance as a way to bring in some money while I was a full-time student. Thank you to my wonderful clients and business partners, I am able to continue doing what I love! I am a certified ProAdvisor in Intuit QuickBooks and an expert in Microsoft Excel with significant experience in similar software programs.
Born and raised on a small farm in western Montana, I've always worked in Agriculture until July 31st, 2019 when I joined my wife's business, Jensen Financial Services. I too graduated from Montana State University; with a degree in Animal Science, Industry and Livestock Management. For the last five years, I was the Dairy and Livestock Manager at Wolfe's Neck Center. During my time as a farmer and farm manager, I have learned how critical it is for small businesses to keep meticulous records to be able to measure, manage, compare and project.
